Gail is our Customer Service Supervisor for Taylor Distributing and works with our key transportation accounts. She started in dispatch and knows the importance of providing our customers with accurate, timely, and complete information. Gail is an excellent customer liaison and advocate with dispatch and the warehouse. She also is instrumental in getting returns back to the shipper on time.

"I am married to Tim and have two beautiful children, Michael & Lindsay. I have worked here at Taylor since October 1997. I enjoy working with everyone here and have made many new friends through my customer accounts. I am responsible for many of Taylor's accounts and it is my goal to make every one a top priority. I try to go above and beyond for every situation and provide top quality service for all of our customers. Every day is a learning experience and dealing with many issues is a real challenge. At the end of the day I feel confident that I did my very best to serve and resolve many issues. My goal is to transform customer service into customer delight."
