Warehouse Sanitation & Food Safety

Warehouse Sanitation worker cleaning floor

The Taylor companies are committed to warehouse sanitation and Food Safety and have an integrated and dependable Sanitation and Pest Control program that will keep your products and brands uncompromised. All of our employees are food handlers and are dedicated to using Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP's) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) topreclude the adulteration of food by people or storage practices.

Recently our warehouse sanitation program implemented an HACCP Plan, which identifies preventive controls in food production and distribution where unsafe conditions could occur.

We have sported the American Institute of Baking's (A.I.B.) superior rating since 1991. We use our own registered in-house sanitarians, Tim Paff and Rick Johnson, and Terminix Pest Control as our outside service.

As part of our warehouse sanitation plan, our facility is also closely inspected by Hershey, General Mills, M&M/Mars, ConAgra, and Givaudan Flavors, as well as the Ohio Department of Agriculture and the U.S. Department of Agriculture. We have 28 written Food Safety SOP's and Security.
