Customized Warehouse Status Reports

We can track any pertinent information and fax or email it whenever you want. You can receive warehouse status reports weekly, monthly, quarterly or year end. This is a great service to customers who are not yet on-line with E.D.I., and a supplement to our web-based customer access.

A typical warehouse status report may include:

  • Shipment ID and Pro No.
  • Pick-up or inbound date/time
  • Appointment date/time and contact
  • Delivery arrival and departure date/time
  • Delivery receiver's name
  • Unloading time
  • Total transit time
  • Flag late arrival (usually none!)
  • Freight, handling, and accessorial charges
  • OS&D exceptions
  • Appointments Outside RAD
